Europi S.r.l. informs you that in reference to the existing business relationships and in order to complete the contracts in progress, we are in possession of information that concerns you classified as “personal information” from the “Code for the protection of personal data” (Lgs.D. 196 / 2003). For this reason, according to the provisions of art. 13 of Lgs.D. 196/2003, we provide the following information sheet.
The personal information collected and managed is essentially about registry office (company name or style, registered offices, telephone, fax, e-mail, etc.), Fiscal (banking and financial data, accounting and tax information, etc.), Commercial (orders, solvency, etc.). Europi S.r.l. is not in possession of any personal information that can be qualified as sensitive or of a legal nature pursuant to art. 4 paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree D. 196/2003.
Personal information will be managed on the basis of contractual requirements and for the purposes of the legal and tax requirements deriving from it, as well as to allow efficient management of financial and commercial relations and / or to respond to your specific requests.
